Join us for flamenco at Nicollet Island Pavilion, a free, all-levels dance experience with rhythm, movement, & cultural energy in Minneapolis. Feel the rhythm and experience the energy of flamenco in the heart of Downtown Minneapolis. Join Zorongo Flamenco Dance Theatre for an afternoon of movement, music, and cultural expression inside the historic Nicollet Island Pavilion.

This session will be led by Rachel Holmes, and music will be provided by Ross Fellrath.

This welcoming, all-levels session introduces the fundamentals of flamenco—expressive arm movements, rhythmic footwork, and the powerful connection between dance and live music. No experience is necessary, just comfortable shoes and a willingness to try something new.

Come solo or bring a friend. It’s a lively, low-pressure way to move, learn, and spend time in community.
