Arrive at the farm just as the paella finishes cooking over the wood fire. Sip a summer mead cocktail and nibble on tapas as you stroll the gardens. Then gather for a rustic outdoor supper — Paella del Campo, salad, and dessert — with live flamenco guitar drifting through the evening air.

After supper, Zorongo Flamenco takes the barn stage for Flamenco Íntimo — strip away the big stages and experience flamenco exactly how it was born: up close, raw, and intensely connected. World-class guest musicians join forces with a celebrated guitarist and three powerhouse dancers in a spontaneous dialogue of gesture, rhythm, and movement, shaped in real time right before your eyes.
