Ted Sothern has performed ballet for over 30 years, teaches ballet and Pointe, and has taken flamenco classes since 2010. He broke a foot while performing, leading him to extensive experience in rehab and physical therapy. Ted also has practical experience in many dance forms, so he feels it important to take care of his feet (and body) to extend his performing and teaching career. He looks forward to sharing his experience and knowledge with students.
